Hartwell lifestyle development, Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North, was the vision of Craig and Jill Hart; transforming low productive rural land into a rural lifestyle development.
CD Surveys worked closely with Craig and Jill, Local Authorities, engineers, contractors and lawyers to create 56 freehold titles with a common benefit and interest in the balance communal land. This type of tenure arrangement is known as a “farm park”; Hartwell is the first of this type in the Manawatu Region.
Hartwell is a completed development in which CD Surveys enjoyed journeying with Craig and Jill over the past 7 years to turn their property into a beautiful lifestyle environment.
Feilding Waste Water Treatment Plant
The Feilding WWTP, Kawakawa Road, is a project of regional significance, with the upgrade and conversion of the current plant to discharge treated waste to land, opposed to the Oroua River.
CD Surveys has undertaken surveying work for the Manawatu District Council, engineers and contractors for this continuing project. Surveying works include the erosion and accretion survey of the Oroua River, aerial surveys, drainage design works, set out, as built, volume calculations, monitoring and various other works that require measurement and recording.

DD Developments Limited is a Feilding based land development company who specalises in the subdivision and development of large urban sections into multiple residential titles.
CD Surveys works closely with DD Developments to gain resource consent and land use consents, engineering design, setout, supervision and as builts, building setout, land transfer survey, LINZ and Local Authority approvals.
